Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Hygiene-sensitive goods after opening
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
